DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — The 21st annual URS Rubber Duck Regatta took place on Saturday.

Thousands of rubber ducks filled the Great Miami River at RiverScape MetroPark in downtown on Saturday afternoon, as part of United Rehabilitation Services’ biggest fundraiser of the year.

Dozens of attendees came out to watch as the rubber ducks were dropped into the river. Each duck represents a donation to URS, along with a chance to win exciting prizes.

The first place winner had the choice to take home a grand prize of $5,000 put toward a new car lease or $2,500 in cash, plus a $1000 7-Eleven gift card.

All proceeds from the regatta go towards the services that URS provides for children and adults with disabilities.
