Suffolk’s Bennett’s Creek Park playground reopens after maintenance

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Bennett’s Creek Park playground in Suffolk has officially reopened.

According to a spokesperson for the city, the Parks & Recreation Department is “thrilled to welcome families and children back to enjoy the fun and safety the playground offers.”

While the park was closed, maintenance crews worked to ensure that all equipment was in top condition, addressed wear and tear, and enhanced the overall play environment.
