    The City of Boca Raton has approved the Glass House Boca Raton, the first modern glass building in downtown, located at 280 E Palmetto Park Road.

    This 9-story luxury development, featuring rooftop amenities on the 10th level, is set for completion in Q4 2026.

    Sales for Glass House Boca Raton, which includes 28 elegant residences, launched in February 2024, with groundbreaking expected in Q1 2025.

    The project features a team of local experts, including the West Palm Beach architecture firm Garcia Stromberg, celebrity interior designer Wade Hallock, award-winning landscape architects AGTLAND, and development consultant Concierge Property Solutions.

    Glass House Boca Raton features a rooftop pool with stunning ocean, Intracoastal, and golf course views, offering open-concept layouts with two- to four-bedroom plus den floor plans ranging from 2,504 to 3,950 square feet.

    Each residence includes private terraces, spa-inspired primary bathrooms, and integrated automation systems.

    Gourmet kitchens boast custom cabinetry and professional-grade appliances.

    Pets are allowed, and buyers can combine units for larger residences, all with private or semi-private elevator access.

    The first floor includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, an infra-red sauna, steam room, plunge pool, and a residents-only "Palmetto Lounge."

    Security measures include monitored entries, a full-time door attendant, and two levels of underground parking with spaces for every residence, along with private garages and EV charging options.

    Located less than a mile from the beach and Brightline's Boca Raton station, the development offers easy access to dining and shopping, with private entrances on Southeast Third Avenue and East Royal Palm Road.
