HSRZ: Week 5 Plays of the Week

(WSPA) – Another week of high school football action has come and gone with no shortage of some pretty remarkable plays from Upstate athletes.

PLAY #5: POWDERSVILLE PATRIOTS

Powdersville’s Stephen Hudgins comes up with a quick fumble recovery in the Patriots 40-21 win over Broome.

PLAY #4 : BOILING SPRINGS BULLDOGS

Boiling Springs’ lefty quarterback Lincoln Huskey delivers the pass to Kyle Patterson who comes down with a one-handed grab in the corner of the endzone to tie the game against region foe in the Gaffney Indians.

PLAY #3: CHRIST CHURCH CAVALIERS

Christ Church quarterback Tucker Hendrix willed his team to its first win of the season off power runs like this.

PLAY #2: WESTSIDE RAMS

Westside continues to impress with Cutter Woods throwing it up where only Charmarryus Bomar can get it in the Rams win over Prince Avenue.

PLAY #1: DANIEL LIONS

Daniel’s Grayson Clary heaves a pass deep toward the endzone where Elijah Lipsey makes a remarkable catch in traffic to come down with the ball at the one-yard line.
