what is something yall would recommend for pain that u could take as a if needed basis but take the pain the pain away but not mess everything else up. like I have fibro and DDD so I hurt 24/7 especially the neck, feels like I have a crick 24/7

not sure why Dr's give it for sleep. I was given it to help with insomnia took it for two weeks. the second week it upd my dosage noticed my heart rate going fast quit takin it.
