CLEVELAND -- Defensive end Myles Garrett will undergo an MRI for a lingering injury to his feet that he aggravated in Sunday's loss to the New York Giants .

Early in the fourth quarter, Garrett had to be tended to by trainers on the field and spent several minutes in the medical tent before returning to the game. Later, Garrett walked gingerly off the field at the end of a drive.

After the Cleveland Browns ' 21-15 defeat , Garrett said the injury to his feet is leading to lower leg issues as well.

"It's more than just the foot," he said. "It's multiple things going on. So, I mean, if I think the foot's feeling good or feeling better, it's one thing or another. So it's kind of just feeding into each other right now, and nothing's sitting right because nothing has time to heal because I'm leaning on something else and I'm compensating here to make something hurt there. It's just been -- like I said, a cycle."

On Friday, Garrett clarified that the foot ailment that appeared on the injury report after Week 1 is an injury to both feet. He also said he might need a procedure "further down the line" but would continue to play. On Sunday, Garrett shook his head when asked if he had undergone a previous MRI on his feet.

"I'm not concerned about something I don't know about," Garrett said when asked if he was concerned he would be sidelined by the injury. "So, get the results and move from there. At this point, I'm going to continue to move as I have and look forward to playing the next game until someone tells me otherwise."

Browns coach Kevin Stefanski said that three offensive linemen the Browns lost to injury -- left tackle Jedrick Wills Jr ., Wyatt Teller and James Hudson III -- will also undergo testing to determine the extent of their ailments.
