Unlocking the archive: Can you identify anyone in this mystery photo from the Gazette?

Last week's mystery photo worked out well (see answer below), so this week we bring you another unmarked photo from the Chillicothe Gazette archive that we need help identifying.

This was found in a negative file labeled simply, 4x5 negatives.

Based on that we can guess this photo is maybe from the late 1960s.

It is clearly taken in a classroom but when and where or why the Gazette was there to take a photo is still unknown.

Maybe one you recognize who might be a teacher or parent, or maybe you recognize one of the kids.

Last week's photos

Shout out to Mary McGee who was able to tell the Gazette that the photo of the two men in an office in 1969 included her grandfather James Elbert Tackett Sr. With that information we were able to find the cutline for the photo and we now know it ran March 19, 1969 and showed Jim Tackett, a Waverly police dispatcher, and dispatcher George Grieve in the city's communication center.

Readers told us the other photo appears to be the local appellate court judges. Outside of identifying Judge Homer “Pete” Abele in the photo, we still don't have the identifications of the other men or when the photo ran. We will keep hunting and let you know.
