Could Adam and Chelsea's happy ever after withstand an unexpected pregnancy?

Adam and Chelsea are at a loss for what to do next now that the truth about the Baltimore infidelity scandal has been revealed on The Young and the Restless, and Billy and Sally are aware of it.

Sure, Adam understands he needs to run Newman Media, Chelsea has a job at Marchetti, and they both need to focus on Connor, but emotionally, the couple is a little bewildered and confused.

Pregnancy Drama Ahead?

Adam is anxious to repair things with Sally.

However, as Connor reveals in an episode of The Young and the Restless over a meal with his father, Sally has moved out of Adam's condo, signifying the end of the couple's relationship.

In the same episode, Chelsea pays a visit to Billy at Abbott-Chancellor, bringing him an apology/appreciation oatmeal raisin cookies in the hopes of convincing him to forgive her.

Unfortunately for her, he isn't interested in making things right since he can't get beyond the fact that she cheated on Adam of all people.

By the end of the episode, Chelsea has joined Adam and Connor, at which point Connor makes an interesting comment.

As if that weren't enough, once Chelsea interrupts, Connor makes a daring declaration. Adam and Chelsea are simply speechless.

With those things circulating, it's worth noting that we predicted months ago that Adam and Chelsea would reconcile.

Love, Lies, and a Baby Surprise

The two had far too much history to consider their night in Baltimore a one-time affair.

Since Billy and Sally appear to be out of the picture, they now have the opportunity to explore and renew their relationship.

Adam and Chelsea should feel an added push to overcome their previous mistakes as their youngster reveals what they already know: they still love each other.

However, considering that this is a daily drama, we do not anticipate Adam and Chelsea to have an easy reunion.

Indeed, a pregnancy may create some difficulties for the two.

It's been a long since The Young and the Restless has seen a pregnancy, and we believe now is an excellent moment for someone, perhaps Sally, to receive some baby news.

Her pregnancy announcement might spark controversy in Genoa City, especially if she is carrying Adam's child.
