An arrest warrant has been issued for Boosie Badazz after he was accused of failing to pay for a limo service during his time in Texas over the summer.

According to a report KXAN published on Saturday, September 21, the "No Juice" rapper, born Torence Hatch, is wanted after a theft of services charge was filed against him last month. Hatch was charged with theft of services greater than or equal to $2,500 and less than $30,000. In court documents, a limo and chauffeur company based in Austin, Texas claimed he didn't pay for services they provided to Hatch for several days in June.

The affidavit states the company provided chauffeur services to Hatch and his family from June 5 to June 7. The rapper's team allegedly requested a sprinter van to pick Hatch and his family up from the Austin airport on June 5. The company wasn't given an itinerary, but the driver spent three days driving Hatch around the city. During that timeframe, the driver drove Hatch to Walmart to buy clothes, Burger King to buy food, and a trampoline park with his family. Hatch also had the driver take him to urgent care to treat one of his kids, the Round Rock Outlet Mall to do a promotional video and the federal courthouse in downtown Austin to check in with a federal parole officer.

During their time together, Hatch allegedly posted a video to social media in which he complimented and promoted the limo business. The driver personally thanked Hatch for the video and told him he would give the rapper "a good price, just like I told your manager,” per the affidavit. Boosie allegedly suggested taking the cost off the promotional video, but the driver said they would work something out.

According to the driver's statement to the police, there was never a time when they mutually agreed that the promotional video would cover the entire cost of the rendered services. The company even provided text messages in which Hatch's team said they would pay cash for the services, but no such payment was provided.

As of this report, Hatch has not responded to the allegations. He was summoned to appear in court on October 28.
