My heart goes out to the family. So senseless. What has gone wrong with people these days. I pray this family gets justice.

First, my heartfelt condolence to Ivy’s Mother & Father & families on both the maternal & paternal sides of her bloodline. What a tremendous loss to her family & an enormous loss to this community. A big crack in uncovering justice for her precious, priceless life could be trapped in what is known in Psychology as the phenomenon of “Crowd Mentality.” Out of all the # of attendees who were present at the event where she lost her life, there has to be a Lessee or Leasee(s) who least this particular Apartment. My own advice, with possibly a bit of experience under my belt, would be to start at the top. Begin with the Management who are ( were ) responsible of leasing this dwelling to begin with. If any violations are found in the company’s regulations who may or may not have the highest percentage of stock in this facility, or whoever may own this complex or even the city of Martinsville’s official Handbook of Leasing ( trust, there has to be one ) and work the Investigation down.
