A Victorville businessman made the semifinalist list for a 2024 Spirit of the Entrepreneur Award.

    Providing behavioral health services

Founded in 2017, 360 Human Services has become a cornerstone in providing behavioral health services to children with autism and related disabilities, award organizers stated.

360 Human Services is on a mission to empower change through compassionate care, with a specific focus on underserved urban and rural areas, organizers said.

“Your dedication has grown 360 Human Services to a team of over 70 individuals serving the High Desert and greater Inland Empire, with treatment centers in Barstow and San Bernardino,” they said.

Jackson was chosen from a field of more than 260 nominees, with 36 semifinalists invited to attend a judging reception on Oct. 3 where they will meet and interact with the event judges.

    From semi-finalist to finalist

Immediately following the reception, the judges will convene, deliberate, and select the finalists, whose names will be unveiled on Oct. 4.

The finalists for the event will compete for the 2024 Spirit of the Entrepreneur award at the 22nd annual black-tie gala on Nov. 21, at the Riverside Convention Center in Riverside.

    Oscars of Business

The annual black-tie event, better known as the Oscars of Business, awards top innovators from the Inland Empire in nine entrepreneurial categories, each honoring the leadership, determination, teamwork, community involvement, and the risks taken to build successful entrepreneurial companies.

The top entrepreneur from among the evening award recipients who exemplifies the entrepreneurial spirit will take home the 2024 Best of the Best award, sponsored by Best, Best & Krieger, LLP.

A portion of the proceeds from the Spirit of the Entrepreneur event benefit the Spirit of the Entrepreneur Scholarship established by Dr. Mike Stull, Director of Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at California State University, San Bernardino.

The scholarship is awarded to vetted and deserving entrepreneurship students from the university’s School of Entrepreneurship, to assist them in achieving their degree.

The Spirit of the Entrepreneur event is presented by the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship and the Jack H. Brown College of Business & Public Administration at California State University San Bernardino and sponsored by local organizations.
