    Crash clears on I-95 North in Richmond

    RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Drivers saw delays on Interstate 95 North in Richmond Tuesday morning due to a crash.

    The crash was located just south of Ancarrow’s Landing in Richmond’s Southside, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

    The crash later cleared.
