Many Hollywood stars love living in New England! Besides the beauty, they love being away from the limelight and paparazzi. Many stars who work on the West Coast have stated that they want to raise their children in a quiet, safe area of the country with great school systems, such as Eastern New York and New England. Another benefit, it's close to New York City, which is a perk for working actors.

Film stars Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, who have been married for over 12 years, own a 8,892 sq ft Colonial-style home, that sits on almost twelve acres of land in Pound Ridge, New York. Their home is located in the eastern end of Westchester County, which is an ''honorary'' part of New England. The estate has been their primary residence, where they raise their 4 children.

Their mansion is bordered to the north and east by the town of Lewisboro, which is by Stamford and New Canaan, Connecticut to the south, as well as Bedford, New York to the west. “Blake and Ryan are avid homebodies,” a source told Us Weekly in 2022, though it feels safe to say that this summer they’ve stepped outside their suburban bubble and back into the spotlight, for better or for worse,'' as stated in Architectural Digest.
