The property is located on Hwy. 76, Pendleton. Two Councilmembers, Brett Sanders (District 4) and John B. Wright, Jr. (District 1) recused themselves from the vote due to related interests.Council also approved a request by the Town of Iva to transfer a HVAC unit to the town. Administrator Burns said the unit was of no use to the County.
