REHOBOTH BEACH — Apparently pleased with the results of the June 5 meet and greet Coffee Talk after taking the city’s top staff spot in May, Rehoboth Beach City Manager Taylour Tedder has scheduled a second session for Sept. 30 between 9-10 a.m. at Rise Up, 502 Rehoboth Ave.

The city said in a release all community members are welcome to attend to share their feedback and questions with Mr. Tedder.

A lawsuit is pending in the Delaware Court of Chancery seeking to end the contract between the city and Mr. Tedder.

In a release, the city said Mr. Tedder intends to make these quarterly events.

"I had a great time chatting with the many residents and business owners at my first meet-and-greet coffee event. I look forward to continuing our meaningful conversations. The city is working hard to improve communication through various methods, and in today's digital world, face-to-face interactions are more important than ever,” Mr. Tedder said in a statement.
