Holly Kourakos, 38, of Blue Bell, Pa., was 15th overall and the top female finisher in 1:24:28.99. Complete results are available at runsignup.com.The event also included a 10-mile non-competitive run/walk with 131 finishers and a 5-kilometer race with 493 finishers.
