This weekend also saw Cloudcroft High School host its invitational cross country meet. Several schools competed in varsity and jv competion.

Team results for middle school boys Cloudcroft scored first with Ruidoso in second. The Boys JV 5000 meter run had Capitan winning followed by Ruidoso High then Cloudcroft.

Boys varsity results for the teams had Silver in first place, Ruidoso second, Greenwood third, followed by Cloudcroft, Cobre, Capitan and Hot Springs.

Middle school girls saw Cloudcroft girls in first, with Cobre in second and Mescalero Apache in 3rd. Girls jV 5000 meter only Greenwood competed. Girls varsity 5000 meter run Greenwood scored a first place finish followed by Silver and Cobre.
