Fans are demanding Arby's make a returning menu offering a permanent fixture after its sudden disappearance earlier this year.

After several months without the beloved snack-sized option, Arby's Fried Mac & Cheese Bites are reportedly preparing to become available again later this month.

Foodstagrammer markie_devo suggested in a new update shared on the social media platform on Sunday, Sept. 22, that the fan-favorite bites would be hitting the menu once again, joking, "The little Bat Signal in my head goes off when someone says mac & cheese.🤩."

The golden brown 4-cheese bites are said to be available again starting on Sept. 30 at participating locations, though it's not clear how long they'll be sticking around this time.

Stores reportedly went through their limited stock more quickly than anticipated when the cheesy sides first made their debut, with fans in the Arby's subreddit claiming that their local stores had told them that they'd run out of the cheesy bites ahead of their projections when they came in to place an order.

"🙌They need to make those fried Mac n cheese bites permanent!! lol," one fan demanded under the influencer's announcement post, although another expressed a "gripe" over the $4 price point.

Alongside their return, Arby's is also debuting a new pumpkin pie-flavored turnover for dessert, an apparent nod to not only the flavor of fall, but to football season as well, with the triangular pastry decorated with cream cheese icing in the same way that laces appear on a football.
