During a recent live episode of the Daily Drama podcast, which Burton co-hosts with GH co-star Bradford, a fan asked him about his GH comeback.

Burton returned to General Hospital in September 2017, after departing the show in 2012 and spending four years on The Young and the Restless as Dylan.

He returned to the character of Jason from 2017 to 2021, when he left GH due to ABC's vaccination mandate.

After two years of reprising his role as Harris on Days of our Lives and Beyond Salem, Burton made his triumphant return to GH in March.

Burton went on to express thanks to the GH fans. He stated that they could not perform what they do without the fans' support.
