How does the city of Bellingham expect any land owner to remove a homeless encampment from their property? No trespassing signs are torn down. Requests for assistance to law enforcement and city officials are denied. The land owner does not have the ability to physically remove the people, so their hands are tied. This seems extremely unfair and unreasonable to me.
