It was also determined that allegedly this individual had been involved in a verbal disagreement and had allegedly pepper sprayed another individual.Treva Chappell was charged with:<ul><li>Assault – 4th degree</li><li>Public intoxication – controlled substances</li><li>Carrying a concealed weapon</li><li>Possession of drug paraphernalia</li><li>Wanton endangerment – second-degree</li></ul>This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.Photo of accused attached is courtesy of the Laurel County Correctional Center.A Sheriff's detective assisted at the scene.</div></body>
