Im not sure how much punishing landlords if they rent to drug dealers will help stop the crime. I mean it won't hurt but a lot of people who are committing crimes in the area aren't on a renting lease, they stay with people who are renting or they are unhoused or people who aren't in St. Albans city. making this new policy and one detective to track down drug dealers is a good start but we need more
