I just got back from Newport Beach,CA.the boardwalk and homes Set almost a half mile from the ocean or more.These home where builted dumb without foresight.Not every place should be inhabited by us.no matter how good the view is.If you got to put a house on sticks.And you dont have the money for concrete plyons.....you get what you get.Water dont play.

Common sense would tell you you cannot build a House in a foundation like this , it's a ocean 🌊💦 full of Salt water and building a house in wooden beams or Poles is bound to collapse sooner or later because wood wear out after time.A waste of 💰🤑 money 💵
