Dr. Thomas received 30 complaints during his 38-year career. He has denied any wrongdoing, according to Iowa Dental Board documents.Dr. Thomas has filed a lawsuit in Iowa District Court to either reverse the revocation or modify it so that his license is instead placed on probation, which would still allow him to practice.
