Another Tax, after my property tax just went up $500 this year alone, Sportsplex where kids pay to play, instead of fixing Harrison Park build a place where kids get charged. What quality of life is this ? His Clark field land swap,as his brother pimps out the lots for sale, the former School Superintendent got the job as Chief of Staff for his part on convincing the school board to shut down Clark High School, so as construction started at the field construction workers hit a water line,it ran for 3 days and filled the sewer system and then it rained, and Hammond Basements Flooded, and your city gave you a mop and bucket and said clean it yourself..and this is just one year ago,, When do you say enough? 3 MORE YEARS

He wants more of our money for his ridiculous pet projects. It seems like over half the city is tore up with construction and road work. How about he and his new office exect who just left the hammond school board(making a multi 6 figure pay check) take pay cuts instead. We didnt need another YMCA he wanted to claim he made the the biggest and best. instead of more parking for his sports plex they just gravled the two fields behind it. We don't need to do all the alterations to the Jean Sheppard center either. Especially since it'll be focused on pickle ball now. Down town hammond is a disaster. But more taxes will solve it when the residents are being bled dry. He just wants to make more money at the state level and brag about what He "did" and make weed legal so he can tax that too. His cronies on the city council aren't much better. one of them will take over when or if he leaves becoming just a new face with the same old game.
