It's about time. My aunt has lived in her home for over 13 years, and she once sat on the board as treasurer. She noticed that many homeowners had a minimum of a $25 credit, which sat on the books for years, and the homeowners never got an adjustment off their upcoming dues.The last straw was when she learned that there has never been an audit or an end of the year statement ofend accounts only the upcoming annual budget. She quit because she doesn't want to sign off on something she's never had even seen an itemized statement for. This won't end well for the long-term board members.

U dont need a HOA 2 manage your Subdivision. Homeowners can come 2gether & do what is needed. I live n a Subdivision, we have yearly meetings, come 2gether 2keep our entrance up.How much is the matenic on a pool or tennis court.Not the amt HOAs charge. Gates r electronic. My final question is what use r Hoas, when ppl come 2gether & work thes items out themselves & save themselves a lit if money. U already keep your yards up bcause u have pride n ownership.
