MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee volleyball defeated Alabama A&M in a dominant fashion, winning three sets to none. The second set was a nail-biter, but the Blue Raiders prevailed, winning 28-26 with the final point being a block by Aowyn Schrader and Kiera Booth. The scores of the sets were as follows: 25-17, 28-26 and 25-11. The Blue Raiders (4-8, 0-0) came into the night in a little bit of a slump, but showed no signs of that in their dominant victory. MTSU outhit the Bulldogs (2-9, 0-0) by almost .300, with the final numbers being Middle Tennessee .337 to Alabama A&M's .076. It was the Blue Raider's second highest hitting percentage of the season in a single match.
