    who is going to pay for my well when city wells run me dry? where is the incompetent lawmakers ? the govt must compensate old homes with wells when growth, makes money for local govt , dries up our wells. where is the control of unwanted, and out of control for greed especially when existing residents don't want it but are forced to pay for govt. greed? Florida is corrupt and out of control
