GALESBURG, Ill. – The Coe College men's soccer team dropped a road match on Tuesday evening at Knox, falling 2-1 the Prairie Fire. The Kohawks conceded the opening goal late in the opening half as the hosts took a 1-0 lead in the 35th minute. Coe, which outshot the hosts 12-11, tied the match in the first few minutes of the second half as freshman Brandon Kostelny netted his first goal for the Kohawks off an assist from Tinashe Manyanga. The Prairie Fire regained the lead in the 65th minute and kept it for good, holding off a late equalizer hunt from the Kohawks to secure the win.
