The Village of University Park is hosting a hiring event on Thursday, September 26 from 10 AM to 2 PM CT. This job fair will be held at the University Park Town Center located at 90 Towncenter Drive off of University Parkway a few blocks west of Western Avenue.

This career fair is sponsored by the Illinois Department of Employment Security (IDES) and OAI, Inc.

You will need to bring plenty of copies of your resumes because there will be representatives from companies located in the south suburbs of Chicago. Over 100 job opportunities need to be filled at this time. The types of jobs that employers are looking to fill are in healthcare, transportation, distribution, logistics, and manufacturing.

This hiring event is free of charge to attend. However, you will need to pre-register at this link provided by OAI, Inc.

Other perks at this event will be that a gift card will be raffled off each and every hour. That means that you will have four chances to win a gift card. An attorney will be on site to conduct an expungement clinic. To attend this clinic, you will have to say that you are interested to attend on the pre-registration form.
