In fact; there is a possibility that only the close family members know what makes Pastor Hill the king of barbecue in a small town called Elm City, NC.

Owner and beloved grill master Willie Hill Sr., puts the "S in soul food. As seen in the headline pic, you will find tender collard greens, cole slaw, potatoe salad, southern styled hush puppies, and of course that famous-juicy turkey barbecue.
