My son has had ADHD since he was 5 years old. Now he's 37 and doesn't take any medicine. He's very, very bright, but he has to be moving all the time. He's an event planner and loves it. However, he still is hyperactive, over talkative, unfiltered, and has a temper. I have never seen him be sensitive to touch, but he has idiocyncrities about his food.
