She dealt with a broad range of corporate and securities matters including mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity offerings and general corporate governance, while providing guidance to clients on compliance with securities law and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting.Shahid also worked as a judicial fellow for Judge Stella M. Tsai in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, MS&amp;B said. She gained practical experience through her roles as a summer associate at Hogan Lovells, a finance and contracts intern with the Philadelphia Law Department and a judicial intern with U.S. District Court Judge Margo K.
