Leona Ramroop, a 58-year-old phlebotomist, generated falsified medical records to support fraudulent claims that would benefit accounts associated with Ramotar and Bhogewattie Ramotar, a 57-year-old Queens resident, Suarez said.

Auditya is charged with two counts of tampering with records, two counts of theft of identity, two counts of conspiracy to commit insurance fraud and two counts of insurance fraud, Suarez said.

Ramroop is charged with falsifying records and two counts of conspiracy to commit insurance fraud, Suarez said.

Bhogewattie is charged with conspiracy to commit insurance fraud, Suarez said.
