Hardman and the late Dorothy L. (Mendenhall) Hardman.He was a graduate of Leavittsburg High School, and worked as a steelworker at Thomas Steel for over 30 years.He was a veteran of the United States Army having served in Europe during the Vietnam War.Mickey enjoyed golfing, bowling and playing pool at the NAUS Club. He liked watching sports on TV including golf, the Browns, Indians and Ohio State Buckeyes. Michael was known for his sense of humor, and truly enjoyed spending time with his family.Left to cherish his memory is his son, Brian (Dillon Lowe) Mendenhall of Wadsworth, Ohio, brother, Wayne “Junior” (Lisa) Hardman of Johnson City, Tennessee, sister, Cheryl (Scott) Rupert of Champion, Ohio, brother, Alan (Holly) Hardman of Cortland, Ohio as well as many nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents and beloved wife of 42 years Linda L. Mendenhall.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 25, at 1:00 pm at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.Friends and family may gather from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24th, at the funeral home.He will be laid to rest next to his wife at Pineview Memorial Park, Warren. Ohio.A television tribute will air Monday, September 23 at the following approximate times: 6:47 a.m. on WYTV, 9:43 a.m. on WKBN, 10:58 a.m. on FOX and 8:12 p.m. on MyYTV.
