    Ingredients you will need:

    • 2 large red apples, use your favorite, cored
    • 1 banana, can be frozen
    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or your favorite milk
    • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon pinch of ground nutmeg
    • 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
    • pinch of ground cloves
    • 1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup, to sweeten if needed)

    RECIPE NOTES: You can easily add extras to this smoothie. Add in a scoop of protein powder, a spoonfull of hemp seeds, or chia seeds if you prefer!

    How to make this Apple Pie Smoothie

    1. Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend it up until everything's mixed and reaches a smooth consistency. Adjust the sweetness to your preference. If you think it needs it, add more maple syrup and blend again to mix it in.

    2. Pour the smoothie mix into serving glasses. If you like, you can top each smoothie with a little sprinkle of cinnamon.
