ATWATER, OH — The Waterloo Vikings survived their second consecutive five-set match, edging out the Lowellville Rockets 3-2 in a thrilling MVAC volleyball contest on Tuesday night. After jumping out to a two-set lead, the Vikings were pushed to the brink before sealing the victory with scores of 25-16, 25-19, 18-25, 21-25, and 15-9. Arianna Rebecchi led the way for Waterloo with a double-double, recording 9 kills, 24 digs, and 2 aces. Kristlyn Keher and Isabella Kozma each added 7 kills, while Kozma also contributed 5 blocks and 7 digs. Brilyn Eddy orchestrated the offense with 34 assists and chipped in 14 digs. Alexis Eddy anchored the defense with a match-high 27 digs.
