Free Flu Vaccinations at Beebe Healthcare Clinics throughout Sussex County starting Oct. 5

LEWES — With respiratory illness season already underway, Beebe Healthcare announced it will again host free influenza vaccination clinics throughout Sussex County, beginning Oct. 5 and ending on Nov. 23.

The community flu vaccination clinics are free of charge, and appointments are not required. Flu vaccines are available to adults aged 18 years and older.

“Receiving the influenza vaccine this fall is one of the best ways to protect yourself, your family, and the community from the flu,” Dr. Bill Chasanov, infectious disease physician at Beebe, said in a release. “This community service is something that the Beebe team is very proud of, and one of the many benefits that our Community Outreach care team provides to deliver high-quality care to our Sussex County community.”
