Blockhead Releases 'Heads Up!': Their First Full-Length Video in Nearly Three Decades

It's been nearly three decades since the last Blockhead Skateboards full-length video, but better late than never, right? The news of this release got us super fired up and we certainly weren't disappointed. Carve out some time to really take this one in. Shoutout to Blockhead Dave for keeping the dream alive all these years.

"With the average age of the Blockhead crew at 51 years old, we’re still out there pushing the limits of what’s possible for older skaters and most important of all showing that skateboarding is still fun," Blockhead mentioned in the description. "We haven’t made a video since 1994 but we’ve been putting our blood, sweat and tears into this project for the past two years and having a blast along the way with countless skate adventures…but now it’s finally time to show it to you and we’re beyond excited."

The video is stacked with a ton of OGs and heavy hitters alike, including: Laban Pheidias, Chris Lambert, Dave Bergthold, Jesse Hotchkiss, Ron Cameron and Kristian Svitak, with appearances by Jose Trevino and Blockhead legends Jeremy Wray, Rick Howard, Omar Hassan, Rick Jaramillo, Dan Rogers, Sam Cunningham and Jim Gray. Squad!

Some of these sessions looked extremely fun. Seeing all these guys together like this is a real treat, and honestly, I haven't had a video make me want to skate this bad in a minute. These dudes are doing the damn thing! And to top it all of—the soundtrack is absolutely on point. Good stuff all around!
