It was an afterthought, so it took a few weeks for us to realize, and follow up. Then we started getting contradictory info about when we would be getting them.Finally we spoke to a manager, and were told they are only awarded after 1 billing period (see attached email exchange). When I asked if that was written anywhere, I didn’t receive an answer.
