Due to the length, this report has been split into four parts. This is the second part. <b><i>Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.</i></b></p><ul><li>Illegal Parking – Contact made with the homeowner who was advised of the vehicles parked down the street. She advised it was a birthday party and it was finishing up.</li><li>Warrant Service- Will Henry’s Tavern – Male subject arrested in the bar area for a Child Molestation warrant out of Walton County Sheriff’s Office. Subject taken to Walton County Jail without incident.</li><li>Accident w/ Injuries – Alcovy Street/Vine Street – In reference to a single vehicle (Motorcycle) accident with a deer. Subject was transported to the hospital by EMS. Motorcycle turned over to Taylors. Gears report completed.</li><li>Disturbance – West Highland Ave – Complainant stated that she and her boyfriend were arguing and she became afraid for her safety. Responding officers explained the eviction process as well as suggesting one party leave for the night. Report taken.</li><li>Traffic Stop/Impound – E Marable St / Birch St – 2017 Nissan Pathfinder impounded for no insurance and suspended registration. Driver was issued two citations and given a courtesy ride home.</li><li>Dispute – South Broad Street – Complainant stated that she was hit in the face four times by a subject. There were no visible marks on the face of the complainant. The incident was documented.</li><li>Object in Roadway – Charlotte Rowell Blvd @ Double Springs Church Connector- Reference to a deceased deer in the roadway, deer was removed from the roadway.</li><li>Found Property- Mears St; Walton Community Church – In reference to subject finding a juvenile’s backpack on a table near the Church’s playground area. Subject advised he wanted to report his findings to law enforcement as the circumstance appeared odd to him. He was advised to contact Monroe PD should he see or find anything else suspicious.</li><li>Civil Issue – West Spring St – Complainant wanting to report the gas station for theft due to her being charged once after her card declined twice while inside, she was advised to dispute the transaction through the bank.</li><li>Warrant Attempt – Bridgeport Ln – Attempt to locate a subject who has an active FTA warrant. Negative contact on location.</li><li>Suspicious Vehicle – Hwy 138 @ City limits- Reference to a Speeding vehicle traveling towards the city from the county, no contact made.</li><li>Narcotics – Greenwood Dr – In reference to subjects on location possibly smoking Marijuana. Contact made with subject who stated he and two others were smoking THCA and provided the packaging the substance had come in. All appeared okay on location.</li><li>Welfare Check – Fleeting Ct- In reference to a third party caller stating his aunt made some concerning comments to him over the phone, contact was made with subject who advised she was okay and was having an issue with her brother. All okay on location.</li><li>Traffic Stop/Arrest – Walker Drive – Vehicle stopped for multiple equipment violation. Driver was arrested for Warrant out of WCSO. During an inventory of the vehicle several bags of methamphetamines were located. She was fingerprinted and transported to WCSO Jail; vehicle turned over to Taylors.</li><li>Dispute – Spruce Ln. In reference to brothers arguing and getting into a physical altercation. Both parties separated prior to arrival. Due to conflicting statements no arrest was made, Report taken.</li><li>Assault Law – Claywill Cir – Complainant stated that she was slapped by subject. There was no probable cause for an arrest. Complainant was advised of the process for a temporary protection order. Report taken.</li><li>Reckless Driving – Charlotte Rowell/ Hwy 138 – In reference to a vehicle observed driving recklessly at a high rate of speed down Hwy 138 towards Walnut Grove. Contact was finally made with the vehicle at HD Atha Road after the vehicle came to a stop. The driver was arrested for Reckless Driving and Open Container. The front seat passenger was arrested for Possession of Sch. 1. Both subjects were turned over to WCSO Jail, vehicle towed by Taylors.</li><li>Stabbing -E Marable St: In reference to the Complainant, advising she was stabbed by her girlfriend. Officers responded to the incident location where the girlfriend admitted to stabbing complainant with a pair of scissors. Contact was made with complainant at her residence and she had sustained visible physical injuries including a stab wound under her left shoulder. She was taken into custody on Aggravated Assault and transported to the Walton County Jail without incident.</li><li>Dispute – Green Street – In reference to a verbal dispute over the caller attempting to get her vehicle from the driveway and being stopped by the father of her child. Remedies were advised to both parties and the complainant was able to get her vehicle without further incident.</li><li>Suspicious Vehicle – Mear Street – In reference to a small passenger car on location. Negative contact, vehicle was gone when officers arrived.</li><li>Civil Issue – Green St- In reference to Complainant wishing to retrieve property from subject’s private residence, I stood by while items were obtained. All okay and further civil remedies advised.</li><li>Agency Assist- Breedlove Dr; Ridgeview – In reference to Lilburn PD making contact with subject and attempting to ascertain if some of her belongings were still at Ridgeview as she had recently been released. It was confirmed with Ridgeview that some of her clothing was still on location and Lilburn PD was advised of this.</li><li>Suspicious Person – Maple Ln- Reference two subjects on location of an abandoned house. They were instructed to leave the residence and did so, without incident.</li><li>EMS Assist- Woodland Rd- In reference to EMS possibly needing to force entry into the residence, they were able to make patient contact without forcing entry.</li><li>Traffic Stop/Arrest – South Broad St @ Mill St; In reference to a traffic stop on a vehicle for suspended registration. Vehicle impounded and driver cited. Driver’s wife in a separate vehicle was arrested for disorderly conduct after failing to comply with lawful commands and not interfere with the initial traffic stop.</li></ul></div></body>
