The building is in a lot on the west side of the Blackmore Marketplace property and is situated between Buffalo Wild Wings and the former Golden Corral, which is currently being renovated for a new Riddle’s Jewelry location. Flower &amp; Stone Ltd. founder and Blackmore Marketplace developer Karen Blumenstein said in an email that the building is expected to be completed in May 2025, with the businesses aiming to open by fall that year. City of Casper records list the dental office tenant as Aspen Dental, a dental service chain based in Chicago. Aspen Dental has no relation to Casper’s locally owned Aspen Ridge Dental.
