This music and arts festival benefits the Fulton County Regional SPCA in collaboration with Caroga Arts Collective, held at the former Sherman’s Amusement Park in Caroga Lake.“Peace, Love, and Drool” was the theme of the day and I participated in the “drool” part at the “Puppy Kisses” booth. There were craft vendors, a variety of food trucks, and… lots of dogs in all shapes and sizes.My favorite part was the artwork displayed in the carousel building. Local students from Gloversville’s 8th grade class created original portraits based on the dogs that are available for adoption. On my way out, a volunteer gave me a gift bag which included human treats and a tennis ballfor the dogs.
