Church St, Yanceyville, NC. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic 3.5-hour ride. We'll return to Yanceyville around 9:00 p.m.A delicious lunch, prepared by a local caterer in Blowing Rock, is included to keep us energized for the day! Since there won’t be any stops during the bus ride, we recommend packing some snacks for the road.At the museum, we’ll be treated to a private tour, followed by an engaging screening of a documentary about Maud Gatewood, one of North Carolina’s most celebrated artists. This exclusive event includes a post-film discussion, where those who knew Maud personally will have the chance to share stories and memories. It’s a rare opportunity to dive deeper into the life and legacy of a remarkable artist from Yanceyville.The day wraps up at 5:30 p.m, when we’ll board the bus back home.
