Alvelo accounted for 23 assists on the evening.• RIC was able to work in its bench during the third set as the hosts finished off the Vikings, 25-18.• Sophomore outside hitter Sarina Marines (Cranston, R.I.) and classmate sophomore defensive specialist Marina Colonis (Waterford, Conn.) posted great defensive efforts with 15 and nine digs, respectively.
