This bullies that did this, should be expelled. If not it they will continue on another victim.

PARENTS are raising the bullies,I am not saying every parent knows what their child is doing when they aren't around but lead by example at home,know who your kids are hanging out with and know what kind of influence they have on them.When the school is aware of bullying they need to act on it.If the kids parents do nothing suspend the bully to protect good kids.
