They locals already have a choice for their energy, but if the environmentalists shut down oil and gas in the county, what choice of energy consumption do we have? very expensive electricity generated by ugly ass wind turbines or hundreds or thousands of acres of solar panels or generated by, wait for it, coal or natural gas? You think PG&E is expensive now, wait until they to use all renewable energy!
