kids with daddy's money & no reason to get up in the morning frequent these as they're after hours with no alcohol being served aren't time constricted...yet. there will ALWAYS be this crowd & theyll just find another way to socialize somewhere else till the buttcrack of dawn

Why did they allow for so many smoke shops to even be built you don’t need five or 10 smoke shops in one square mile
