Colvin lost control, leaving the roadway on the north side of the road. Colvin was transported to St Joseph Regional Medical Center by ambulance where he past due to his injuries. Colivn was wearing a helmet. </p><p>Lewiston Police Major Collision Investigation Team responded to investigate.
