these shelters put the homeless out in the morning then they have to be back by a certain time to get a bed b4 they run out beds ,means they will hang around shelter so they can get back by that time,meanwhile they are in the cerounding area trying to make fast cash , going through cars peoples garages yards business,they get a whole yrs snap benefits for saying their homeless, they could do the impact classes that is very beneficial to their issues,they need to be forced to live like people do that have to pay rent bills instead of running out the dollar general with over loaded carts w/o paying

why is anyone upset? I just left some states where homeless people are being run out. I won't mention the states but it seems Indianapolis is trying to do something positive. When I came back to Indy there were people literally sleeping in the street, where I came from they would be in jail. Let's give this a chance, maybe it could help!
